SLEEPOVER AND FRANKIES

In celebration of doing such a great job this school year, Brianna had Kyleah sleepover Friday night and we all took a trip to Frankie's Fun Park Saturday. The girls enjoyed a night of Wii Mario Power Tennis and for some reason Brianna thought she needed to dress up like Princess Peach, hence the fancy gown and tiara. The girls had fun at Frankies. They played video games, tumbled and climbed in the Fun House, played a game of miniature golf, and managed to take a ride in the bumper boats. Brian and I wanted to play too, so we took the girls for a spin on the Go-Karts. Of course, I'm not that great of a driver and Brian and Brianna passed me and Kyleah 3 times!!! It was a fun day and the girls really deserved it.

1st Grade Awards Day

On Wednesday, Crestview Elementary had Awards Day for the 1st Graders. Brianna received a Super Attendance and Accelerated Reader Ribbons for the 4th Nine Weeks. She also received a March of Dimes Reading Medal and was recognized by her Art teacher as an Awesome Artist, for this she earned a certificate and pin. This is her second year receiving this recognition.

We are so very proud of her!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

I received this beautiful necklace made by Brianna for Mother's Day. I will wear it proudly! Thank you sweetie, for making my day so special.

GRANNY TURNS 71!

On Wednesday, May 5th, Granny turned 71. Brianna and I made her a birthday cake to help her celebrate. I don't know who had more fun, Brianna making the cake or Granny eating it!

REEDY FALLS DUCK DERBY

Last Saturday, Heather and Ella invited us to go with them to the Duck Derby in Greenville. The girls were super excited to watch the ducks race down the falls and cheered them on with their noise Quackers.
