BRIANNA SALES GIRL SCOUT COOKIES

Brianna sold 330 boxes of Girl Scout cookies and is now selling at the cookie booths. Thanks to everyone that supporting Brianna and Girl Scouts!

SCOOTIN' ON A SUNDAY

Brianna has been asking for a scooter the past couple of weeks. Since the weather this weekend has been so nice, I took her today to get one. She has been having fun all day, but I have a feeling she will have even more fun once she learns to ride it!

BRIANNA GETS HER YELLOW BELT IN KARATE

For the last 4 months, Brianna has been taking TangSooDo Karate at Scota Karate Academy. She has really worked hard and Tuesday night, she was awarded her yellow belt. Master Scota invited Brian to come up to assist with removing Brianna's white belt so he could then put on the yellow belt. We are very proud of our little "Karate Kid"!

THE THINGS BRIANNA SAYS

The other night we were talking about something and Brianna said, "Well, MyMy is smarter than you." Well, night before last we had this conversation:

Me: "I can't believe you think your MyMy is smarter than me! Brianna, you are smarter than MyMy."

Brianna: "Well, as a matter of fact, I'm smarter than both of you!"

ONE LAST DAY OF FUN BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS BACK

Since school was out all last week due to snow and it was off again today due to the MLK holiday, I thought it would be fun for Brianna to get out of the house. We invited her friend Karley and her brother to ChuckeCheese with us. The kids had fun playing games and racking up on tickets. Afterward, Karley came back home with us. They had fun playing Twister, Guess Who and playing games on the Wii.

SLEDDING FUN

Brianna was invited to go sledding with our neighbors from across the street. She had so much fun! I even went down the hill a few times, screaming of course. She has truly enjoyed her SnowBreak, but I'm more than ready to get out of this house.

FUN IN THE SNOW

Snow fell on Christmas night. We woke up at 9:30 this morning and went out to play. We had fun throwing snowballs and making a snowman. Brianna and I even made snow cream. It tasted really good!

CHRISTMAS EVE

Christmas Eve was spent at the Great Grandparent's homes. We had lunch with MaMa and PaPa Hayes and then had dinner at Granny's. Brianna had lots of fun running around with the cousins and opening gifts. After those visits, we came home and opened up our presents. Brianna's favorite things of the day was her Criss Angel Mind Freak Magic Kit, a Panda Pillow Pet, and a Carolina Gamecock Tshirt, and a new cage for the gerbils.
We ended the night by making Santa and Rudolph a snack.

BRIANNA HAS A TEA PARTY

On Monday night, Brianna approached me about having a Tea Party to celebrate the voting on Tuesday. I guess she has been listening to the news about the political Tea Party and decided to have one of her own.
